The most important aspect of our services is to work strictly for you during your wedding day celebration!

We are hired to provide a full day of coverage generally lasting 6 to 7 hours.  Wedding Khoncepts will be there to capture your beautiful wedding day celebration in it's entirety. 

Videotaping during the dinner hour is also part of our service.

We've learned over the years that guests always visit the head table and/or provide special tributes to the bridal couple such as singing and dancing. Therefore, we find it best to alternate videotaping in order to not miss one minute of your once in a life time event. 

We provide an extensive, written, event services agreements to all of our clients. Agreements are a basic outline of services to be provided for you based on your completed online form, any phone consultations and/or actual meetings.

Event dates are locked when a retainer fee has been received.  All wedding videotaping assignments must be paid, in full, at least 5 days prior to the service. For your convenience, we've designed a secured Pay Pal web page above. Personal checks, money orders and cash are also accepted. Cash payments will receive a written receipt.
